After that i installed a plugin to increase max upload file size in WordPress.
currently WordPress allow us to upload file max 64 Mb, so we can easily increase its size by just simply using increase file size plugin.
just install increase file size plugin and activate it.
Go to its setting and change file size 64 MB Into 5Gb or what size you want.
After this setting user can be easily upload file size unto 5Gb.
