THE ROLE OF HRM IN ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE
HRM:
HRM stand for human resource management, which
consist of 3 words and every word has its own meaning. Collectively it’s a
process which is most important factor for any local or higher organization.
Because it’s based on hiring new people, train them, motivate them, allocate
them the best targets.
If I elaborate these 3 words in detail what does it
mean in organizational point of view:
HUMAN: From the word human we got the skill in the form of
person.
RECOURCE: it refers to the availability of sources we get
from skill.
MANAGEMENT: From management we get the all 4 essentials point
like, planning, leading, organizing, controlling.
HRM totally based on managerial work which tries to
find the actual skilled person for actual type of activity in an organization.
EXAMPLE HRM:
Find best person for the right time for the right
place. For example if any organization which is based on software house and
they have more projects day by day, not enough to handle by the employee
already working there so team will decide to hire more developers. And if in
case the number of projects less day by day the company must be stop
requirement process until they not got enough work.
HRM ACTUAL PROCESS:
HRM process for any organization based on all these steps with its importance:
To know this point why HRM roll importance for any organization, let’s
discuss few factors and functions and rolls of HRM.

Staffing:
in any organization its totally HRM duty for
staffing, either to hire new one or not. It’s their responsibility either our
organization require new employee or not, it’s totally depend on researchers
hey do on different factors like work capacity,, project demand work over load etc.
Staffing EXAMPLE:
A software house starts new projects on ios app
development as well. So they require new staff for it. HRM decide how many
employee and require and their level.
Training of employee:
After staffing the next project of HRM to train the
staff, no matter whenever a person change place, he have to learn the
environment, how to work with the new environment so HRM train them for further
work.
Performance measurement:
HRM duty not end after hiring they must ensure their
performance, when they start or check either it comes up with the actual output
what our organization requires the most. To check our clients satisfied with
their projects or not.
Compensation and benefits:
It’s all duty of HRM to decide what to pay this new employee either to give direct rewards
or indirect rewards. It’s totally based on the work how much they are satisfied
with their work, or how to motivate with the incentives, which employee gives
more reward to improve their performance.
Safety and healthy:
It also the major role of the HRM or provide the
employee a healthy and safe environment which is free from any quall and any
other outcomes which effective negatives vibes for the employee any harm which
effect their throughput. Provide them safe and healthy environment.
Employee and labor relation:
HRM plays major role to insure the employee and labor
behavior and their relation. It is the most essential part for any organization
to build a healthy and good relation between employee and labor. Make sure to
cover up the all communication factor or cover the gap between both employee
and labor.
What if we have strong HRM:

focuses on the human sector “in management. As the whole organization is made
up of people, who receive their services, develop their skills, motivate them
to higher levels of performance and ensure that they continue to maintain their
commitment to the organization is essential to achieving the goals of the
organization. This is true, regardless of the nature of the organization -
government, business, and education, health or community actions”.
